Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of gift cards (referred to as “Gift Cards”) in digital or physical form for participating Ghanem Group venues, including Donna Chang, Boom Boom Room, Blackbird Bar, Restaurant & Events, Iris Rooftop, Bisou Bisou, Byblós Brisbane, Byblós Melbourne, Le Bon Ton, Lúc Lắc and more. Gift Cards are issued by Ghanem Group Nominees Pty Ltd (ABN 59 036 878 957) ("Ghanem Group", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please refrain from purchasing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on our website at www.ghanemgroup.com.au. Continued use of Gift Cards after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Use of Gift Cards

• Gift Cards require 48 hours to activate before being redeemable at any venue.
• Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, nor can they be used for cash advances.
• Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Expired Gift Cards cannot be reactivated, and unused funds will be forfeited.
• Purchases do not need to use the entire balance of a Gift Card in one transaction. Remaining balances may be used for future purchases until expiry.
• If the value of a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the excess must be paid using another payment method.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards must not be used for unlawful purposes.

2. Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are available in digital or physical form via our online store.
• Minimum Gift Card value: $50; Maximum: $1,000.
• Digital Gift Cards will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 12 hours of purchase.
• Physical Gift Cards will be dispatched via Australia Post Express within 3 business days of purchase.
  • Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders made before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be posted the same day.
  • Delivery costs are charged in addition to the Gift Card value.
• We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect delivery addresses, or events beyond our control.
• Ownership of a Gift Card transfers to you upon payment receipt.

3. Promotions and Discounts

• Gift Cards cannot be used with other in-venue promotions, discounts, or offers unless specifically stated.
• Example: Purchase a $100 Gift Card by [insert date] to receive a $20 bonus digital voucher.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made via cash, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or American Express.
• Online purchases are processed through a secure payment gateway. A 3% transaction fee applies to digital Gift Cards.
• Orders will not be processed if payment is declined.

5. Cancellations

• Orders for Gift Cards cannot be cancelled once payment is accepted.
• Ghanem Group reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards for suspected fraud or misuse, or to terminate the Gift Card program at any time.

6. Faulty Gift Cards

• Faulty or damaged Gift Cards will only be reissued if the fault is proven to be due to production or an error on our part.

7. Disclaimer

• You are responsible for the use and safekeeping of your Gift Card. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• Ghanem Group is not liable for losses caused by delivery delays or misdirected Gift Cards.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded.
